If you are a private customer or an enduser, please search for your closest Ergo dealer in our store locator. If you need to report a damaged or malfunctioning product within the two-year warranty period or if you want to report a transport damage, please reach out to the dealer you purchased your product from.

Delivery Tme & Tracking

The latest information about freight charges, sorted by country, can be found in our price list. The freight will be calculated as a percentage of the total net order value. Please note that there is a minimum freight fee of 10 EUR per order. For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, a custom handling fee of 10 EUR per order applies. Deliveries to UK include a 50 EUR fee, to cover for handling of customs clearance documentation. Pricelist

In the unfortunate event that your order will be delayed, we do our best to inform you in time. You will receive an alteration notification via email together with the updated estimated ship date on the order confirmation.

Once your order was shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive the delivery note and the related invoice via email. In the delivery documentation, you will find the shipment details and carrier information to track your order.

Ergo does not offer express shipping as a standard. For one-time express shipping possibilities and rates, please get in touch with our Sales Coordination Department at [email protected].

We are very sorry for any delays. If you have not received your order within 10 business days after the estimated shipping date, please get in touch with [email protected] and inform the Sales Order number/ which item you are missing.
